How do I customize my product?
Would you like to customize any of our products? Just contact us or send us an email with your favorite photo and the text you would like to include on the chosen product, in less than 24 hours we will send you a Pdf with your printed design for your approval
Can I see a preview of my personalized product before I order?
Yes, of course, once you send us your favorite photo or the text you’d like to place on one of our products, we’ll send you a PDF with the designed product for your approval.
How long does it take to create and ship my personalized product?
As for the creation of your product, if you design it personally, it will arrive between 3 and 8 business days depending on the shipping method you choose.
Can I return or exchange a personalized product?
All non-personalized products have 20 days from the date of purchase to exchange them in case of any defect, unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on personalized products.
What types of products can be personalized?
You have many products to choose from, including clothing, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other items such as mugs, glasses, tumblers, and more. If by chance you don’t find the product you need, just contact us and we’ll be happy to help you.
What if I’m not happy with the final product?
You have 20 days from the date of purchase in case the product arrives damaged or is incorrect and you purchased any product with our designs. If the product was personalized unfortunately we could not accept the return. You can read our returns policy here.. Refund and Returns Policy
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders of personalized items?
You can find discounts of 15 to 20% on different products or on special dates, as well as the famous combos.
